James Greico DPT, OCS, PC graduated from SUNY Health Center at Syracuse in 1991, then went on to work in San Diego California at the prestigious Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas doing rotations that included acute care and ICU, rehabilitation, whirlpool and wound care, and outpatient physical therapy.

He returned to New York to earn his MS degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy at Touro College, while working full-time. He opened his own practice in 2001, and became one of the first to graduate from the Touro College post-graduate Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in 2005. He also earned an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Certification (OCS) from the APTA. Approximately only 5% of all physical therapists achieve a specialist certification.
